Moon Man – The True Story of a Filmmaker on the CIA Hit List

In 1999 when I was working to stop (or at least expose) NASA’s high risk flyby of Earth with 72.3 pounds of highly radioactive plutonium on board, Bart Sibrel found proof of the astronauts of the Apollo 11 mission faking they were halfway to the moon. The NASA unedited film footage also revealed they were in low Earth orbit.

This was also the year of the build-up to the Y2K fizzle, plus, the Project for a New American Century, a neoconservative think-tank group, which wrote in Creating Tomorrow’s Dominant Force: “Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.” They got their wish (after the Supreme Court chose George W. Bush as President), buildings collapsed on September 11, 2001, and a cover-up and ongoing wars ensued.

President George W. Bush used those events to reduce individual freedoms, (the PATRIOT Act) and expanded the arms race into outer space. Thus, Flyby News (FN’s) first campaign to stop the expansion of the arms race failed. Thus our focus turned toward investigating what really happened on September 11. At first I did not want to believe what citizen investigators were discovering. I had to remind myself to see beyond my disbelief to “What is, is.” That freed me to follow the evidence, the money trail and the facts until truth became too evident to deny. Yet the media followed along with the warning given by President Bush: “Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th; malicious lies that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists, themselves, away from the guilty..”

It was around this time that I received a burned DVD of Bart Sbrel’s 2001 film documentary on the lunar landing hoax, “A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Moon.” It showed evidence that for my entire life military psychological operations have been occurring. I wanted to know if the unedited NASA footage featured in the film documentary was real. I watched and re-watched it, and publicly screened the film to see if anyone could adequately dispute what it showed. Also I knew technology did not go backwards, so if they could accomplish all those moon trips with 1960’s technologies, why were there no bases or space flights with humans beyond low Earth orbit 50+ years later? 

Growing up as a Star Trek fan, I used to think of space as a benign vacuum. Suddenly in researching this issue I discovered that Earth is surrounded by a protective radiation shield. This electromagnetic field produces the beautiful northern lights when solar cosmic winds penetrate them. Mars used to have such a field with an atmosphere for life. I began to learn more about space from another Bart, Bart Jordan, who contacted me in 1999 to request presenting a commentary on the Cassini-Earth nuke flyby, and about pre-ice-age civilizations that were way more advanced than we are today. 

Most people I found did not want to even hear about facts contrary to what we have been taught in school and the media. After more than ten years of reporting and exposing the truth of what happened on 9-11, I began to understand the nature of cognitive dissonance and the importance of being true to what is. FN expanded its research and produced a film compilation in 2012 called Dark Legacy – JFK & 9-11, covering the truth of the 1963 JFK assassination, September 11, the lunar landing hoax, and corrupt financial government systems. It also shared what real democracy could look like, which was inspired by the late Senator Mike Gravel for a National Citizens’ Initiative for Democracy.

However, it was not until listening to Moon Man, read by the author, Bart Sibrel that I was absolutely certain of the moon landing hoax. Bart Sibrel’s book will take you on his journey, how he became awakened to the truth after questioning it for over 10 years. In 1989 he met Bill Kaysing, author of We Never Went to the Moon, who had asked him to make a film to expose the lunar landing hoax. Before discovering the NASA unedited footage, Sibrel was only 25% certain that NASA faked such a mission. When he found the proof, he wanted to give it to CNN to broadcast, and was committed to a mental institution by the CIA? Really, this book should be a Hollywood movie based on a true amazing story.

Found only in the book Moon Man also exposes ‘the official CIA Code-Name for the real Apollo project, the military base where the first fake moon landing was filmed, as well as the names of fifteen US government scientists and officials who were recorded in attendance for the first moon landing falsification, some of whom are still alive today. This highly revealing information was provided to Sibrel by the Chief of Security of this secretive military base, who finally confessed his regrettable participation in this despicable government fraud on his deathbed.’

This book will convince you, too, if you have the courage to read or listen to it. Being fearful of what is (what is actual) is being controlled by fear, arrogance, ignorance, and/or ego. We may simply want to believe in it, and are reluctant to look at all the sides of the issue. But if you can challenge yourself, especially to listen to Bart Sibrel read his memoir, you may begin in an endless awakening moment where truth resides. Learning to pass through our cognitive dissonance is liberating and could be a ticket for peace in space. As Sibrel says, “It is not about being right or wrong, it is all about Truth and Lies.”
