Diet has a big impact on how we feel. Since I have reported often from Dr. Mercola, an omnivore, who has shed much light on the corrupt big pharma industry especially in these times of the COVID gain-of-function coronavirus, I have begin to question if I can stay healthy with my diet that eliminates foods from animals. Dr. Mercola does not think so, nor does another health advocate that FN has learned much from, Eric Berg. However Dr. Roger Seheult in the following videos reveal how meat and dairy can contribute to inflammation and disease. There is always more to learn and to adjust in a healthy direction with intermittent fasting, getting sound sleep, and ingesting food and light for our well being.
